a decent stay with minor issues
perfect location well-kept building friendly service small room expensive drinks unreasonable price
the location was perfect for exploring the city and getting around was easy. the building itself is beautiful and well-kept. the staff offered friendly service and made an effort to help when i asked.
my room was quite small which was a bit uncomfortable. the rooftop bar had exorbitantly expensive drinks. i found the price to be unreasonably high for what i received.

Stylish Hotel with Excellent Service
professional staff rooftop lounge turkish wine
I found the staff very professional. They greeted me upon entering the room with a box of chocolates. The rooftop lounge was superb. I enjoyed bottles of Turkish wine and nibbled on hors d'oeuvres with an excellent night view.
The hotel temperature controls did not seem functional. I found that the room was stuffy. I had to keep the balcony door open. This exposed me to city noise.

The hotel's location near Gelata Tower and restaurants was ideal. The rooftop bar offered beautiful views. I found the breakfast to be good with a sufficient variety. The room had special touches .

The staff maintained a friendly and helpful demeanor throughout the visit, offering assistance with directions and recommendations. When I asked for extra toiletries, staff responded quickly and efficiently, delivering them to the room within minutes.
